Your Hold Me Tight® Facilitators

Andrew Frager, LPC

Andrew holds his work in the highest regard, feeling honored to help couples rekindle their affection for each other. Founding Saint Louis Family Counseling has allowed him to witness these heartwarming transformations firsthand, providing him with deep fulfillment. Andrew’s role extends beyond therapy; he also conducts “Hold Me Tight” workshops, guiding couples as they explore new dimensions of their relationships. His commitment to continuous learning is clear from his successful completion of both foundational and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. He appreciates EFT for its straightforward approach to deciphering relationship conflicts, a method that has also enriched his personal relationships with his wife and adult children. Andrew eagerly anticipates sharing these insights in the upcoming “Hold Me Tight” Workshop, aiming to offer clarity and support to more couples in their journeys towards stronger, more loving relationships.
