What should we expect during this workshop?
During the workshop we prioritize creating a safe and nurturing environment where couples can openly explore their challenges. With three therapists present, we allocate time and space for each couple to receive personalized guidance and support as they navigate the seven conversations and their struggles. Our Triadic approach allows for diverse insights and strategies, enhancing the overall experience and fostering those deeper connections.
By participating in our Hold Me Tight® workshop couples will engage in meaningful dialogue while receiving focused attention. Our goal is to ensure that every relationship is nurtured through the Hold Me Tight framework, allowing partners to feel heard, understood and supported.

During the workshop, you’ll go through seven important conversations. These talks help couples grow closer, understand their conflict habits, manage emotions, and improve communication.
While the conversations are best explored in order, each one has valuable insights on its own. Every part of the workshop is designed to enhance your relationship.
Although the workshop is in a group setting, you’re never forced to speak in public if you’re uncomfortable. The exercises are done privately, allowing you and your partner to focus on each other away from other couples.
